Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and destination country. The exact shipping fee will be displayed in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase.
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country of residence. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website in real-time.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with photos and proof of damage or non-delivery. We will investigate and either replace your order or provide a full refund.
You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

For defective or damaged items, KixStreet will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
If an item is returned in a condition that is not consistent with the condition in which it was sent (missing tags, worn, damaged), we may issue a partial refund or reject the return at our discretion.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
If you need a different size or color, you may exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Shipping fees for exchanges may apply depending on the circumstances.
